Our stance
What we stand for.
01
Decisions, not piles of CVs
We only introduce people we would hire ourselves.
02
One face until signature
Whoever takes on your mandate sees it through.
03
Facts, not assumptions
We know the Swiss labour market in detail.
04
Technology where it adds speed
We never replace the conversation between people.
05
Honest, even when it's uncomfortable
If something doesn't fit, we say so.
“The right person in the right place changes an entire company. That is exactly what we work for.”
