Which data
We process data you actively provide: via the contact form, when uploading your CV, by email, phone or in person. This includes name, contact details, company, desired position, CV, references and any other information you share with us.
Contact form and CV upload
Your details and files are transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) to our web server and forwarded directly to us by email. They are not stored on the web server. We do not use external form services.
Purpose
We use your data solely to process your enquiry, for recruitment and temporary staffing and to provide our other services (MAGO Labs). The legal basis is your consent or the preparation or performance of a contract.
Sharing with companies
We only share application documents with a specific company after discussing the position with you and receiving your consent.
Service providers
For hosting this website and for email we use carefully selected providers who process data only on our behalf:

Email: Microsoft 365, data stored in [Switzerland / the EU].
Any disclosure abroad only takes place to countries with adequate data protection (e.g. EU/EEA) or with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to process them. Application documents are deleted once the process is complete. With your consent for the talent pool, we keep them for a maximum of 24 months. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved.
Data security
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission, access restrictions and regular updates.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, to receive or transfer it and to withdraw your consent at any time by email to hallo@mago-hr.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies. We do not use tracking, advertising cookies or external analytics tools.
